1. Services Covered

Refunds are applicable only to specific digital services/products where explicitly stated. Subscription or service fees that have already been availed are non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase/payment.
  • Service/product must not have been used, consumed, or accessed substantially.
  • Proof of purchase (transaction ID/invoice) is required.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • One-time setup/registration fees
  • Completed services or custom projects delivered
  • Discounts, offers, and promotional packages

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation of Services

You may request cancellation via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Partial refunds (if applicable) will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
